Ojos que Sienten / Sight of Emotion

Ojos Que Sienten (OQS, Sight of Emotion) is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to transform perceptions towards people who are visually impaired, by focusing on the ability of the disability.
We are a disruptive organization that offers training and develops the potential in people who are visually impaired to include them back into the workforce.
As part of the training we teach sensory photography to blind and partially sighted people as a communication tool so that they can be seen and heard for who they are and what they are able to do, connecting with the sighted world, while transcending their own barriers and achieving full inclusion in society
By teaching photography to the blind, creating sensory experiences, dinners in the dark, corporate sensory workshops and gifts with a purpose, we create a sustainable model and connect people with and without disability, promoting cultural change in our country.
OQS has created a movement through which so far over half a million people with and without disabilities are now able to see the visually impaired for their skills, having become aware that the disability is not their identity.
Come and join us at one of our regular Dinners in the Dark. They are challenging and unforgettable experiences.
