Chateau de Monluc
Wine and Armagnac producer. Visit of the chateau, some parts of which date back to the 10th century. Open 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-19:00 (Sundays 15:00-19:00) Closed January and Sundays and Mondays October to May. Located on the D654 in Saint Puy (32).
Charcuterie de Millas
Smaller group of farmers who raise and prepare apalhat (raised on straw) pigs. Sausages, saucisses and hams for sale and visit of the production house available. On the route de Fontblanque in Moulin Mage (81).
Black Mountain Whiskey
Barrel aged blended whiskies made with eau de source from the Black Mountains. Available across the Midi-Pyrenees - see the website for where to buy. Full distillery opening 2015 (81).
La Perle Toulousaine

Foie gras Louis Durand
