May Day at Saint Puy (32) on Sunday 28th May from 09h. Celebrate “May Day”, for the seventh consecutive year, in the historic centre of Saint Puy. The crowning ceremony will be at 11h30 followed by the Parade of the May Queen and attendants. A street market will be held in the village and will feature a variety of arts and crafts. There will be a bouncy castle, pottery making, wood-turning and face painting to keep the children entertained. A choice of dishes will be available for lunch, including a three course meal with either fish and chips or magret et frites.
Afternoon tea will be served under the Halle at 16h accompanied by Saxissimo. Drinks will be available throughout the day from “The Queen's Head Pub” in the Salle Polyvalente. Musical entertainment featuring the Piperade Pipers, Banjo Barjo, Saxissimo, Live&Soul and Never Ready, will accompany the festivities. Come and join us for a fun day out.
