Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher trained at the Center for Mindfulness at University of Massachusetts Medical School, I offer both cognitive psychotherapy and mindfulness based interventions to enhance well-being and reduce stress. I work in Semplicemente Spazio, my studio conveniently located in the center of Milan.I speak both English and French. Skype available too.
About me
Born in Ivory Coast from a Belgian mother and an Italian father, I have so far lived in Africa, Asia and Europe so I definitely know the challenges of being an expat.
I graduated in Clinical Psychology in 1999 at University of Turin.
I have worked as a Clinical Researcher at the Anna Freud Center in London from 2000 till the beginning of 2003.
I spent the rest of 2003 traveling in Asia, exploring the wisdom of both meditation and yoga, and teaching English to Tibetan refugees in Dharamsala (India) and at the local highschool in Luang Prabang (Laos).
In 2004 I came back to Milan, where I worked as a Clinical Psychologist in a psychiatric unit at "Le Betulle", a private clinic near Como, until 2012.
In the meantime I regularly traveled to the States, to train as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher at the Center for Mindfulness at University of Massachusetts Medical School, with Prof. Jon Kabat-Zinn and his team.
I am a Certified Cognitive Psychotherapist since 2012.
I opened Semplicemente Spazio, my studio in the center of Milan, in January 2013.
