My son has recently spit with his long term girlfriend in the States and we've suggested that he come down here and de-stress. How long can he stay legally?

So I am planning to move to Panama ( I live in Arizona now) and I am a weapons collector. I want to know, does anyone know anything about the legality of guns in Panama? I know you can own a gun with a permit, but how do get a permit, and is it still legal for foreigners to own one? Maybe only citizens can...not sure. Then when you do get one (assuming you can) where and how can you legally use it? Are there ranges/galleries? Or can you hunt? Or can you just set up any old target and do whatever you want? Are there differences in the usage or permit laws inside and outside the city? And one last part to my question: I own many many guns and swords, many of which are antique and very valuable here in AZ. Can I bring these with me to Panama? Are there restrictions?
