Marina works with expatriates from around the world dealing with assimilation issues, as well as, working with Universities to help students adapting in a foreign country and the challenges of schoolwork. Counseling is practiced in form of the Wellness model - a holistic approach in which mind, body, and spirit are integrated.

Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT)
CBT is typically a short-term (6-20 sessions), goal-oriented treatment which is designed to alleviate specific symptoms and problematic behaviors. CBT emphasizes the relationships among thoughts, behaviors, and emotions and teaches clients specific skills to improve their wellbeing by modifying thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors which are unhealthy, unproductive, or distressing.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT incorporates behavior therapy with mindfulness and dialectical philosophy (e.g., balance between acceptance and change). The core components of DBT include mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Hypnotherapy is a form of psychotherapy utilized to create unconscious change in the patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors and/or feelings. It is undertaken with a subject in hypnosis.
Marina Tricard runs sessions from her office or in the comforts of the clients home and is available 24/7 by telephone, skype, email, or in person in Paris and in Fontainebleau area and specializes in areas of addictions.
Born in the USSR and brought up in Miami, Florida, after finishing her undergraduate degree she moved New York City. In 2010 Marina then moved to Paris and speaks fluent Russian, English, and French.
Studying at Nova Southeastern University she received a Bachelor degree in psychology and a minor in forensic psychology. For her graduate degree, she attended Yeshiva University and received a master degree in Mental Health Counseling.
After arriving in Paris, Marina attended the Sorbonne Paris V for research in clinical counseling.
