Hello, me (NZ) and my wife are setting up a cafe in Paris. Would someone who has done similar be interested in answering a couple of rookie questions?
There are so many scenarios - will you be renting or buying? Will you be employing? What company structure are you aiming for? Do you understand the legislation around selling food and/or alcohol in France? Do you understand the French social security system?
