We recently had a dreadful experience with a very dirty rental, where most of the promised equipment was broken, faulty or dirty, in Paris. Airbnb were on the case immediately and we got a full refund quickly.If you are in the same situation, contact their help centre immediately, they give the owner one hour to sort things out or you get your money back.
