I have a pal wishing to come back to France after a spell abroad. She is married and has a small baby. She has a 1,300 budget and is looking for an apartment but I suggested she buys if she has this much to spend each month. Does anyone agree?

It depends on whether she has 1300€ to spend just on housing, or if her budget is 1300€ total....

Oh yes, i didn't think of that. I thought she meant it was just for the flat. 1,300 isn't an awful lot then seeing as though there are three of them. I better check that out! Thanks!
