I'm wondering if anyone has ever tried to change their payment/bank details on Sky's website? I've been trying for hours and it seems to be 'thinking' and then says try later.....thanks!
Maybe because they are detecting a French IP address and it is against their TOS to use and/or remove the box/viewing card from the republic and uk.
Thanks but that's not the issue.. Managed to update credit card details but just can't seem to organise direct debit.
