WARNING:- IKEA Online shop

After sales support, or lack of it! Bought a new IKEA induction hob from IKEA.FR last week, installed it same day and only half of the rings work, now having a lot of trouble to get this resolved. Sent two emails via their website on the same day with no response whatsoever, asked my French friend to help. Latest message from their helpline is to take it back to my nearest shop, which is about 3 hours away, (that is why I ordered it online for delivery).

Latest: Still no replacement. Received a call back on Thursday (so that took almost a week). Basically - Try turning it on and off. Well I knew that wouldn't work as I had already tried that. My French neighbour then got on the case and IKEA referred us to Electrolux who make the hob, that was Friday morning, I was issued a Dossier number and a promise that an Engineer would call back by midnight on Sunday (today) - we shall wait and see!
