Fondation Victor Vasarely
Architecturally unique building, constructed in 1976. Open to visitors throughout the year. Gallery hosts temporary exhibitions, but the building itself is the major attraction. Buses from Aix centre. At 1 avenue Marcel Pagnol, in Aix en Provence (13).
Musee du Vieil Aix
Featuring exhibits relating to the history of Aix en Provence. At the Rue Gaston de Saporta (13). Seasonal opening hours and times. Paid entry, though children under 14 are free.

The museum of the Roman Docks, exhibits Roman structures discovered in 1947. Open from 11:00-18:00. At Place Vivaux in Marseille (13).
