I am looking for a yacht charter assistant
We are looking for an “Assistant to the Charter Director” to join our busy team at Ocean Independence in the Golfe-Juan office.
The Assistant will be a part of our local charter department and duties would include secretarial work such as answering phones, issuing charter contracts, liaising with brokers and crew, performing administrative duties and participating in local industry shows.
The office is a fast paced environment throughout the summer months and the successful candidate must be able to multi-task, work under pressure, work to a deadline, have meticulous attention to detail, have excellent organizational skills and be dynamic, discreet and flexible.
Candidate must speak fluent English (written and spoken) and another other languages would be a plus. Any experience in the yachting industry would be a plus. This is a full time position. Salary will be discussed with the individual depending on qualifications.
The successful candidate must be of an advanced level of proficiency in the use of PC computers. In particular the following software applications: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, PDF documents.
