Full Time Opportunity with Company operating in Yachting Industry

Deep Blue Soft designs, develops and commercialize professional software for shipowners’ Companies and Yacht Management Companies

Our Software covers all corners of the vessel operations, which includes technical maintenance, Human Resources, financial or Security for units between 30m and 150m. 

Our offices are located in Sophia Antipolis (06) with a development studio in Slovenia

The company was founded in 2013 and has quickly established itself as one of the top three providers of Yacht Management Software in a niche market.

This market sector continues to grow, and our increasing customer base requires that we expand our sales and support team.


Mission:

The successful candidate will hold a college-level education and will have 2 to 5 years previous experience in a technical-sales position, ideally in the yachting industry.

He/she will work in close collaboration with the company director and will initially lead the Client Support department, training captains, officers and yacht managers in the software.

This position will then evolve into more of a sales manager position, growing and supporting the customer portfolio.

The candidate should be hard-working, autonomous, curious, have a sharp focus on customer service, and be motivated by the sales process of high-value products and services. 

He or she will have a strong desire to enlarge their experience working in a growing and dynamic SME, in a highly demanding, difficult-to-penetrate niche market of luxury yachting.

Written and spoken English is essential. English as a mother-tongue is an advantage, since 95% of the customers are international.

Salary: commensurate with experience – fixed plus commission
