TWW Yachts in Monaco are recruiting an English native speaker receptionist/assistant.   

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Answering the telephones
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Mail & courier management
  • Invoice & receipt filing
  • General organisation and tidiness of office
  • Office and kitchen supply management
  • Assistance with travel bookings for team
  • Conference room bookings & meeting management
  • General errands and tasks for the manager

The ideal candidate will have:

  • previous experience or knowledge of yachting
  • Exceptional English language skills
  • Hospitality experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and Microsoft office skills
  • Experience with Quickbooks or other bookkeeping software a plus
  • Initiative
