Certified Hypnotherapist and Life coach. For the past 15 years I have had the privilege of working with adults and couples in need of counselling. My training in psychology allows me to lead people out of anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship problems, work/family issues and many other emotional difficulties. My multi cultural background allows me to better understand the needs and challenges of adaptation and living in a different culture as cultural differences can exacerbate an existing stressful situation.

A crucial part of therapy is gaining insight and clarity in order to find emotional stability. While therapy is unlikely to resolve everything that’s going on in the world around you, it can help you to respond to events with discernment and build resilience. You will find that you will be able to adapt successfully when faced with adversity, you will be able to handle events calmly, and bounce back after they’ve happened. 

Together we will examine and explore current and past events with the goal of helping you, come to terms with past traumas and curent fears. By learning new coping strategies, you will be equipped with the skill set you will need to tackle life as it unfolds.
