A quick and simplified distinction for anyone who wants to know: Dysphasia/ Developmental Language Delay or Disorder/ Specific Language Impairment are real terms used (pretty much interchangeably) in different areas and countries to refer to specific difficulties in the development of understanding and/or use of (spoken) language and is different to Dyslexia ( difficulties in understanding and using written forms of language) although they may coexist in the same individual or with other difficulties.
