About Alliance Francaise de La Haye...

The Alliance Française organization was founded over 130 years by Paul Cambon and Pierre Foncin, with the help of well-known Francophones of the time including Jules Verne, Louis Pasteur, Ferdinand de Lesseps, Armand Colin and Jules Renan. Today the Alliance Française is considered the premier worldwide French cultural network, operating in more than 1,000 cities in over 125 countries across five continents. Each year, some 450,000 people study French under the guidance of Alliance Française, and over 6 million people take part in Alliance Francaise supported events.

Here in the Netherlands, the Alliance Francaise de La Haye is the largest chapter and works closely with the French Embassy. Our team of certified instructors, all native French speakers, teach French at the highest standards in both the group classroom environment and through private one-on-one lessons. The Alliance can assist you in meeting your French language objectives, whether they be personal or professional.
