Zoetermeer Walking Trails
Zoetermeer offers scenic walking trails in the Seghwaert district. One follows a water trail and the other a woods trail. The maps for these walking routes are available for download in PDF on the municipal website.

The Zuid-Holland park management organization offers information about walking and hiking routes in many of the region's nature and recreation areas, including Rottemeren, Midden-Holland, Midden-Delfland and Voorne-Putten-Rozenburg.
Fun Forest Rotterdam

Walking routes are established throughout the Kinderdijk windmill park, located 16km east of Rotterdam. The walking trails extend beyong the Kinderdijk park into the Alblasserwaard countryside and along the Noord and Lek rivers. 9-12 km.
Abseilen & Tokkelen

The Hague Walking Trails
Scenic walking trails of varying lengths are available in many of the larger parks in and around The Hague. Some of the routes can be downloaded in pdf form. Routes include Clingendael (2k/4k), Westduinpark (10k) and Voorhout district (5k).
Climbing facility in Rottemeren recreation area offers a manmade rock 34.6 meters high (10.5 stories) which can be climbed on exterior or interior. Climbing routes run across friction plates, through cracks, perpendicular and overhanging walls. Hoeksekade...
