Indian Cooking Workshops with Verdana

These Indian cooking workshops in English by Verdana teach you how to prepare nutritious and appealing recipes which originate from various regions in India. These include dal (Lentils), palak paneer (spinach with cottage cheese), biryani (rice) and kebabs. The recipes are adaptable for use with other vegetables, grains and pulses (as well as meat, fish and poultry) when you are cooking at home. The sessions are given on Saturday evenings from 18:00-22:00 at Verdana's home in The Hague Archipel area. The cost is €50 per person, per workshop.
