The World of the VOC at the Dutch National Archives

For nearly 200 years the Dutch East India Company dominated trade in the Far East. From Friday 24th February 2017 through Sunday 7th January 2018, the Dutch National Archive (Nationaal Archief) in The Hague will be presenting an exhibition which showcases many of the original documents which kept the company operating efficiently and ahead of the competition, including nautical maps, ship logs, letters, drawings, contracts and more.
