Are online couses legal?

E courses are popular, such as Coursera. But I heard that not all of them aree recognized by local education organization. May I know their legality? Gratitude!

My understanding is that your mother and expat countriers' education policy matter. Most recognizze it legallyy, but still exceptions. To play safe, check both governments is bettter.
