ICC (InterCommunication Center)

Tokyo Toy Museum
With toys from all over Japan and around the world, housed in rooms with different themes and appropriate for a specific age group. Exhibits and performances such as tea making are also available. Located at 4-20 Yotsuya, Shinjuku, Tokyo 160-0004.
Museum of Haiku Literature
Devoted to collecting and preserving haiku works; with meeting rooms for haiku seminars, meetings for poets and other events. With programs for lectures and exhibitions on haiku. Located at 3-28-10 Hyakunincho, Shinjuku, Tokyo 169-8521.
Tobacco and Salt Museum
History of the use of tobacco around the world and the history of the salt industry in Japan. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-17:00. Located at 1-16-8 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku.
Hachioji Yume Art Museum
Small museum housed on the second floor of a multipurpose tower. The permanent collection is complemented by five or six special exhibitions every year. Located at 2F View Tower Hachiouji, 8-1 Youkamachi, Hachioujishi, Tokyo 192-0071.
Edo-Tokyo Open-Air Architectural Museum
Relocated, Reconstructed, Preserved and exhibited Historical buildings from Edo era to Tokyo. Open Tuesday to Sunday 09:30-17:30 (April to September); 09:30-16:30 (October to March). Located at 3-7-1 Sakuracho, Koganeshi (in Koganei Park).
Fire Museum
History of fire and rescue in Japan. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-17:00. Located at 3-10 Yotsuya.
Tokyo Kimono Dye Museum
Preserves the dyeing techniques of  Edo Komon patterns and Edo Sarasa chintz patterns thru hands-on activities and displays, together with a kimono consultation space. Located at 3-6-14 Nishi-Waseda, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 169-0051.
Chihiro Art Museum Tokyo
Featuring the art of Chihiro Iwasaki, a Japanese picture-book artist, as well as an international collection of over 200 picture-book artists of the world. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-17:00. Located at 4-7-2 Shimo-Shakujii, Nerima-ku, Tokyo.
Togo Shrine
founded for Admiral Togo, a hero in Japan. Togo was the commander during the Battle of the Sea of Japan (1904-5), which saw the defeat of the Russian fleet in the straits of Tsushima. Located at 1-5-3 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku.
Seiji Togo Memorial Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Museum of Art

Bunka Gakuen Costume Museum
Museum of fashion costumes and accessories representing cultures from around the world. Open Monday to Saturday 10:00-16:30. Located at 4-25-10 Yoyogi, Shibuya-ku.
Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery
Modern and contemporary works of 20th century and following including paintings, sculptures, photography, video works, design, fashion and architecture. Located at 3-20-2 Nishi-shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku.
