Japan Foundation Asia Center Library

Limited to materials about the UK but it has a wide selection of magazines. Open Monday to Friday 11:00-20:00. Located at Kenkyusha Eigo Center Building 1F, 1-2 Kagurazaka, Shinjuku-ku.
