The Museum of the Imperial Collections
Sannomaru Shozokan, Imperial royal family collections museum at the Imperial Palace. Open Tuesday to Thursday 09:00-15:45 (closing time variable, please see website). Located at The Imperial Palace, 1-1 Chiyoda, Chiyoda-ku.
National Museum of Nature and Science

Tokyo National Museum

Bunka Gakuen Costume Museum

Meguro Parasitological Museum
Parasite museum and features over 45,000 specimens. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10:00-17:00. Located at 4-1-1 Shimomeguro, Meguro-ku.
World Bag Museum
Collection of about 550 rare and valued items and surprising baggage curiosities from all over the world with display signage in both Japanese and English. Open from Monday to Friday 10:00-16:30. Located at 1-8-10 Komagata, Taito, Tokyo 111-0043.
Edo Shitamachi Traditional Crafts Museum
Small museum showing displays of Japanese crafts and handmade items such as combs, brushes, scissors, knives, fishing rods, furniture; with different craftsmen at work. Located at 2-22-13 Asakusa, Taito, Tokyo 111-0032.
