some time ago I asked about health insurance for long-term stays in Canada and the USA- Someone gave me a name privately and unfortunately now that I need it I cannot find it. At any rate, can anyone recommend a company offering health care insurance for North America? Thanks Linda
House for sale in Brennilis 29690, Brittany, France. It has a tenant until 17th May 2015. Can be viewed at: www.jfworldproperties.blogspot.com it is in both residential & rentals. As it says on the site: 125k Euro......was 160k Euro. Also proof of funds available or certificate of mortgage is required as there are to many time wasters out there. Thank you for reading.
Hi, we are going on hols in July around Lake Garda area and being farmers ourselves would like to visit a cattle feedlot station and a beef farm. Can anyone please advise who I need to talk to to arrange this. Will be travelling from France across the northern region of Italy.
Does anyone know of a good and reasonable vet somewhere in France on the Dijon route up towards Calais? I am taking dogs back soon and need to find one who can administer the drops and stamp their passports to ensure they are all cleared for travel to the Uk.Thank-you!
I shall be walking from my current home in the French Pyrenees, to the house where I was born, in Blackpool, Lancashire. I plan to take 70 days for the walk and to arrive 70 years, to the day, after I was born. I will be walking an average of 30 kms a day, 6 days a week, for 10 weeks. If anybody wants to follow my planning, preparations, training, and eventually the walk itself (starts on May 15th 2010) my blog address is:www.vicsbigwalk.blogspot.comAny helpful suggestions will be gratefully received.Vic Heaney
We're moving to Florence from Bern, Switzerland, and have to take our empty van from Florence back to Bern on Sunday August 22. Is anyone interested in loading the van with something and paying us for the gas and a modest share of the rental fees to transport it to Switzerland (Bern or somewhere else along the route)? We would be happy to save someone a trip. KC
My girlfriend and I are going to Florence at the end of the month for my birthday. We have a table booked at La Giostra for my birthday, however, neither of us have been to Florence before. So we dont really know what else to do, we are there for 5 days, we intend to go to the duomo as well as some of the art galleries but I was just wondering if there was anything anyone had done that they think would really be worth doing whilst we are there. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Controversial, I know, but has anyone else read about his suing the UK papers for their reports after the World Cup? I don't lip read or speak Italian well enough, but the papers were all about his remarks (apparently other people do lip read and speak Italian well enough). Plus Zidane has said he won't tell what was said, but that he won't apologise for what he did - he'd have to be pretty annoyed still.
