Weinplatz / Rathaus
The remains of Roman baths and the Winzerbrunnen, memento of the lively local wine trade around 1650, are the significant attractions of the square. The famous and impressive Rathaus is across the bridge.
An oasis in the middle of the Old Town with a great view of the right bank of the Limmat river. On the hill are the remains of Turicum, the Roman fort, that has been excavated. Goethe once stayed at the Freemasons lodge Alpina.

Chinese Garden Zurich
The garden was a gift from Kunming, Zurichs Chinese twin town. Built like a traditional south Chinese garden, the walls are a microcosm of pavilions, open gallery and water palace. Open March 28-October 18 11:00-19.00. Bellerivestrasse 144, 8008 Zurich
