    Experience with all sensory organs the world of edible insects and learn everything there is to know about it. Franzi von Essento presents you the wonderful world of edible insects: You will learn a lot about the long tradition, about the huge variety, but also about other aspects like health, taste and sustainability. Last but not least, it is also about the state of insects as food in Switzerland.
    In between, you can taste several specialties from insects in several tasting sessions. You will also learn how to use insects easily at home in your kitchen and prepare a meal with the group.
